Last updated: June 28, 2026This page explains how to delete your Livil account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion at any time, for any reason — no explanation required.
The fastest way to delete your account:
Deletion happens immediately. There is no deactivation step, no waiting period, and no way to cancel or recover the account afterwards. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by email. Send a message from the email address associated with your Livil account to the address below with the subject line “Delete my account”, including your username so we can locate your account.
We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
Your username is not released. It is recorded as taken so that nobody else can register it and appear to be you. Only the same email address can claim it again if you make a new account.
A limited amount of data may be retained for a short period after deletion where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes — for example, transaction or abuse-prevention records. Such data is kept only as long as necessary and is then permanently deleted.
Content you shared that has been saved or re-shared by other users (where applicable) may persist outside of your account.
Account and personal data scheduled for deletion is permanently removed within 30 days of your request, except for the limited categories described in Section 4.
