Child Safety Standards

A social music platform built around what you listen to.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Livil has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors. Any content, behavior, or account found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited on Livil:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
• Sharing personal information of minors without parental consent
• Any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with minors

3. Reporting Mechanisms

Livil provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report any content or behavior that violates our child safety standards. All reports are reviewed promptly. Users can report concerns by:

• Using the in-app "Report" feature on any content or profile

4. Compliance with Laws

Livil complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• The PROTECT Our Children Act
• All regional and national child protection laws applicable to our users

We report confirmed CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

5. Age Restrictions

Livil is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts. If we become aware that a user is under 13, their account will be immediately suspended and their data deleted in accordance with COPPA.

6. Content Moderation

We actively moderate content on our platform using a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and remove any content that violates our child safety standards. Accounts found in violation are permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.
